Mr Loyd went to the barber every month to have a haircut. He sometimes took his small son Philip with him and Philip sat and looked at magazines during his father’s haircut. But at that time the barber did not cut Philip’s hair.
آقای لوید هر ماه برای اصطلاح مو به آرایشگاه می رفت. او بعضی وقت ها پسر کوچکش فیلیپ را با خودش می برد و فیلیپ می نشست و به مجله ها در حین اصطلاح پدرش نگاه میکرد.
Mrs Loyd always cut it at home. Then one day Mr Loyd said to his wife “Philip’s five now and the barber is going to cut his hair next time.” He took Philip there the next day and first the barber cut Mr Loyd’s hair.
خانم لوید همیشه آن را در خانه کوتاه میکرد. سپس یک روز آقای لوید به همسرش گفت، ” فیلیپ الان پنج ساله هست و پیرایشگر قراره موی او را دفعه بعد کوتاه کند.”او فیلیپ را روز بعد آنجا برد و ابتدا پیرایشگر موی آقای لوید را کوتاه کرد.
Then he put Philip in the chair and said “How do you want your hair young man?” ‘Like my father’s answered Philip “With a hole in the middle.”
سپس او فیلیپ را در صندلی گذاشت و گفت مرد جوان چطور مویتان را (اصلاح) می خواهید؟ فیلیپ پاسخ داد مثل پدرم با یک سوراخ در وسط.
